About this file
This is a Preaward Notice for Small Business Programs for the Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Small Business Pool solicitation (47QTCB22R0001). The notice announces three new apparently successful offerors replacing previously identified offerors that were found to be other than small: Garud-LMI JV LLC (Columbia, MD), IWORKS CORP (Reston, VA), and JCS Solutions LLC (Fairfax, VA).
The General Services Administration (GSA) indicates that contract awards are planned for late December 2024 or early January 2025. No proposal revisions will be considered at this time. Only size challenge protests for these three additional apparently successful offerors will be considered and referred to the U.S. Small Business Administration. Debriefings will be provided after contract awards, and protests not related to size are considered premature. Questions can be directed to the contracting officer at polaris@gsa.gov.

Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract Small Business Pool Solicitation Number 47QTCB22R0001
Preaward Notice for Small Business Programs
**NOTE - This is not a notice of exclusion from competitive range (FAR 15.503(a)(1)) nor a Notice of Award (FAR 5.303 or FAR 15.503(b)).
This is a written announcement to all interested parties, supplementing the previous Preaward Notices for Small Business Programs, posted on October 03, 2024 and November 25, 2024.
The General Services Administration is announcing the following apparently successful offerors in place of previously identified offerors that were found to be other than small. This announcement fulfills the notice requirements in FAR 15.503(a)(2).
The Government will not consider subsequent revisions of offerors’ proposals. No response is required unless a basis exists to challenge the size status of an apparently successful offeror.
Only size challenge protests will be considered for the three additional apparently successful offerors at this time and they will be referred to the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Debriefings will be provided following contract awards, which are planned for later this month or early January. Protests not related to size will be considered premature at this time.
Written correspondence may be sent to the contracting officer at polaris@gsa.gov.
