This Statement of Work (SOW) details the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology's procurement of bucket trucks for tactical communication and remote video surveillance systems. The SOW specifies six different truck types with varying configurations, including non-over center telescopic aerial devices, articulated telescopic aerial lift trucks, and bucket trucks ranging from 40 to 112 feet in working height. All trucks must be new, 4x4, white in color, comply with ANSI A92.2 standards, and include safety features like emergency stop controls and fall protection anchor points.
Key procurement requirements include delivery within 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), with a maximum 21-month delivery window for custom-built trucks. The contractor must provide comprehensive warranties covering parts and labor for one year, deliver fully assembled trucks to designated CBP field offices, and include operator manuals, service manuals, parts lists, and compliance certificates. The trucks will support CBP's installation and maintenance of communication and surveillance systems, with specific requirements for insulation, material handling capabilities, and operational performance across different truck types.
