About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the General Services Administration (GSA) seeking bucket trucks on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with NAICS Code 336212 (Truck Trailer Manufacturing) and PSC Code 2320. The government intends to award one or multiple firm-fixed price delivery orders, specifically Motor Vehicle Delivery Orders (MVDO), with quotations due by September 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET.

Key requirements include active SAM.gov and GSAFleet.gov registration, submission of technical specifications detailing vehicle options, and completion of Standard Form 18. Quoters will be evaluated on technical compliance, past performance, price, warranty, and delivery terms, with technical factors weighted more heavily than price. Respondents must provide product specifications, recent performance references, and complete all required attachments, including a Price/Delivery Schedule. The solicitation emphasizes that incomplete submissions may be deemed ineligible for award, and quotes must strictly adhere to the detailed instructions provided in the document.
