About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for electric power supply services. The General Services Administration is seeking proposals to supply electricity commodity components up to the delivery point for various federal accounts in the District of Columbia and Maryland served by Potomac Electric Power Company. Pricing must include all cost components specified in the solicitation and be to the delivery point, including transmission and distribution line losses. The contractor will supply the full electricity requirements for accounts included in the contract for up to forty-eight monthly billing cycles, with service beginning in November 2021. The government has placed requirements into four pricing groups. Interested suppliers can contact the point of contact for authorization to obtain account data from the local utility. Proposals are due by the date and time specified in the amendment.
