About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for electric power supply services. The General Services Administration is requesting proposals to supply electricity commodity components up to the delivery point for federal facilities located in Potomac Electric Power Company service territories in the District of Columbia and Maryland. The pricing shall include all cost components referenced in the solicitation and be to the delivery point, including transmission and distribution line losses to the end-use meter. The contractor shall supply full electricity requirements for accounts included for a term of up to sixty months. The government has placed requirements into six pricing groups. Interested suppliers can contact the point of contact for authorization to obtain account data from the local utility. The amendment provides responses to questions, updates the exhibit to add pricing groups and accounts, and updates references in the solicitation from four to six pricing groups and from a forty-eight to sixty month term.
