5 SPECIFICATIONS

The City of Madison is interested in obtaining pricing for tire services. There would be approximately 1 to 10 vehicles serviced per month, depending on need. Vendors should be within a twenty mile radius of the City of Madison.

The range of services would be mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire disposal.

Some vehicles will not be able to be towed, and will need to be fixed “on site”. There is a place for that pricing in Form A.

The City of Madison utilizes the State of Wisconsin contracted prices for tire purchases. However, we would like to know the discount on tires purchased not part of the State contract.

The City of Madison is hoping to establish pricing that can be used for 2019 – 2021.
