About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum (Number 041) for a NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement (Number 24155) for Tires, Tubes and Services, established between the State of North Dakota and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. The addendum is based on a master agreement originally executed by the State of Iowa and allows North Dakota and other authorized entities to participate in the contract for tire-related products and services.

The participating addendum enables state agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, political subdivisions, and authorized nonprofit organizations to purchase tires, tubes, and related services from Goodyear. The contract covers all products and services available through the master agreement, with Goodyear and its authorized subcontractors, dealers, distributors, and resellers able to provide these offerings. The addendum is effective as of July 1, 2024, or the date of the last signature, and will terminate concurrent with the master agreement. Specific pricing details and potential usage volumes are not explicitly defined, but the contract is structured as an open-ended cooperative purchasing agreement that allows flexible participation by various governmental and nonprofit entities in North Dakota.
