About this file
This document provides submission instructions for respondents bidding on a procurement opportunity issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). All submissions must be uploaded electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with vendors required to register prior to access. The portal supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Respondents are strongly advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads due to potential delays related to file size and internet speed. Any questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation. All amendments will be issued via public notice on the electronic bid system, and respondents are responsible for monitoring the system regularly to obtain relevant amendments. Withdrawals and resubmissions are permitted until the advertised due date and time, after which all responses are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted.
Once respondents complete their final submission and receive a "Submission Complete" notice from Euna Procurement, they should access their account again to verify that correct content has been provided, as no changes to submitted documents will be allowed after the close date. It is the sole responsibility of each respondent to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time. Technical assistance is available through email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via the Euna Procurement Vendor Knowledgebase at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub. The related procurement opportunity involves establishing a purchase order for the transfer of video surveillance systems.
