About this file
This is a contract template document for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) in Georgia, establishing the framework for design professional services related to the STEM Academy Project. The contract solicits qualified firms to provide comprehensive design services for a new STEM Academy facility. The document outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and general terms governing the relationship between SCCPSS and the selected design professional. The template establishes the contractual foundation and administrative requirements that will apply to the selected firm, including provisions for project management, coordination with the school system, and delivery of architectural and engineering design documents necessary for construction.
The contract template specifies standard terms and conditions applicable to professional services agreements with SCCPSS, including provisions for compensation, insurance requirements, indemnification, and intellectual property rights. The document establishes the framework for contract administration, change order procedures, and performance expectations. As a template document, it defines the baseline contractual relationship structure and legal protections for both the school system and the selected design professional firm, ensuring compliance with Georgia procurement regulations and SCCPSS policies. The specific project details, fee structures, and individual scope elements would be finalized through the formal proposal and selection process outlined in the associated contract opportunity.
