Summary of SCCPSS E-Verify Affidavit and General RFP Solicitation Form

This is an e-Verify affidavit and general RFP solicitation form prepared by the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) in Georgia for the Design Professional Services for STEM Academy Project. The document establishes the formal solicitation requirements for qualified design professional firms to submit sealed proposal packages for the development of a new STEM Academy facility. The form serves as an attestation component of the overall procurement process, requiring participating firms to certify compliance with e-Verify employment verification requirements as mandated by Georgia law. The solicitation appears designed to ensure that all contracted vendors maintain proper verification of employee work authorization status throughout the contract term.

The e-Verify affidavit form requires that prospective bidders acknowledge their understanding of state requirements regarding employment eligibility verification and commit to compliance with applicable regulations. This affidavit represents a mandatory component of the proposal submission package and serves as a qualification threshold for consideration. The document emphasizes the importance of workforce compliance and lawful employment practices as conditions precedent to contract award. While specific pricing terms, contract duration, and financial details are not contained within this particular form document, the e-Verify compliance requirement establishes a key prerequisite that all interested firms must satisfy to remain eligible for this design services opportunity.
