About this file

This document is an ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) Lobbying Certificate and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form for Solicitation No. BPM006639. The document involves Desert Archaeology as the reporting entity, and is specifically a federal-aid contract certification related to lobbying activities. The form is designed for federal-aid contractors, consultants, and lower-tier sub-contractors, and is intended to ensure transparency in potential lobbying efforts associated with federal contracts.

The document indicates that Desert Archaeology affirms it does not conduct lobbying activities. The certification requires the company to disclose any payments made to influence federal officials, with specific requirements around reporting payments over $100,000. The form is signed by Sarah Herr, President of Desert Archaeology, on February 11, 2025, and includes contact information (telephone: 520-881-2244). The document emphasizes that failure to properly disclose lobbying activities could result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per occurrence, and mandates that the lobbying certification language be included in all lower-tier subcontracts exceeding $100,000.
