About this file

This document contains submission instructions for respondents to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) procurement for video surveillance systems in TDCJ vehicles. Respondents must submit their proposals electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with all submissions required to be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the advertised due date and time. The portal supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Vendors are strongly advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads, as large files may require extended processing time depending on file size and internet speed. All responses received by TDCJ at the due date and time are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the deadline. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses prior to the advertised due date, and any amendments to the solicitation will be issued via public notice on the electronic bid system, making it the respondent's responsibility to check regularly for updates.

Respondents must submit questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications through the electronic bid system by the dates specified in the solicitation. Upon completion of final submission and receipt of a "Submission Complete" status from Euna Procurement, respondents are recommended to access their accounts to verify that correct content has been provided, as no changes to submitted documents are permitted after the close date. Technical assistance is available through Euna Procurement support at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via their Vendor Knowledgebase at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub. It is solely the respondent's responsibility to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time, regardless of any organizational constraints or technical difficulties.
