About this file

This is a Participating Addendum for Laboratory Equipment and Supplies, established between the State of North Dakota and Thomas Scientific, LLC, under the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Number MA2024004. The contract is based on the original Master Agreement executed by the State of Idaho, with Thomas Scientific serving as the contractor. The addendum covers the sale of laboratory equipment and supplies, with Thomas Scientific authorized to provide all products and services available through the master agreement to purchasing entities. The term of the contract is coterminous with the State of Idaho's contract, and participation is voluntary. Purchasing entities must include the Participating State Contract number (#171) and the Lead State Master Agreement number when placing orders. The contract includes provisions for federal funding requirements, confidentiality, compliance with public records laws, and various state-specific legal and operational conditions. While the exact volume of purchases is not predetermined, the contract is designed to provide a flexible purchasing mechanism for North Dakota and eligible affiliated entities.
