3. How many occurrences of bed bugs do you have each month by location?

This occurs variably and we cannot provide you a specific number as it fluctuates

The regular recurring services are weekly. Please refer to the PWS for more information.

7. What was the previous awarded Solicitation Number, Date awarded and awarded value?

The previous contract was on Contract# GS-06F-0013L VA261-16-F-0038.

8. What is the amount of hours each month the previous contractor spent on site at each location to provide the pest services to all areas outlined within the scope of service? Does the government consider this service adequate?

The regular recurring services are weekly. Please refer to the PWS for more information.

9. How many after hours service requests at each site have then been in the past 12 months?

This varies; in FY2020, it was estimated to be 10. Please note that our facilities are 24/7 facilities and this is an on-call requirement.

10. What are the regular service days for these sites?

These will be arranged with the COR once an award is made.

11. Who is the current pest vendor?

The previous contract was on Contract# GS-06F-0013L VA261-16-F-0038.

12. What is the number of bed bug service requests at each site over the past 12 months?

This occurs variably and we cannot provide you a specific number as it fluctuates.

13. Has any of the scope of service changed from this Solicitation compared to that of the last awarded contract?
