About this file
This is a Wage Determination document that incorporates U.S. Department of Labor Service Contract Act wage requirements for a contract in Sedgwick County, Kansas. The document references USDOL Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-5341, Revision 31, effective December 2, 2025, which applies to service employees performing work on this contract. The wage determination is incorporated by reference into the solicitation with the same force and effect as if fully included in the contract text, meaning all contractors and subcontractors must pay employees not less than the minimum monetary wages and fringe benefits as determined by the Secretary of Labor and specified in the referenced wage determination.

Contractors and subcontractors must ensure compliance with these wage requirements for all service employees. Upon written request, the Contracting Officer will provide a complete copy of the wage determination. This wage determination applies to the Nuclear Medical Physicist and MRSE Services solicitation (36C25526Q0130) for Robert J. Dole VAMC in Wichita, Kansas, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 15.
