About this file
This special notice document announces the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to negotiate a sole source bridge contract with AGFA Healthcare Corporation to provide radiology PACS hardware, software maintenance, and support services to six VA medical centers in VISN 12. Responses are due by July 14, 2023 seeking evidence that any alternative offeror is an authorized distributor or reseller who can purchase OEM parts and provide certified technical personnel to meet the requirements. If no acceptable responses are received, VA will proceed with awarding a sole source contract to the incumbent, AGFA Healthcare Corporation. The bridge contract would support the facilities until a new contract is awarded and is being conducted under the Limited Source Justification provision in FAR 13.
