The manufacturer is aware of a near future system-wide upgrade and they have indicated that they can provide sufficient new components needed for this minor extension to the existing system.
Precast panels to remain above and below windows will self -support themselves once the middle sections are removed.
Are they load bearing from the footing? Are they suspended from the top? Is each section an individual panel or will the seams require saw cutting?

Are there any requirements for off-hours work? Does the VA anticipate that any of this project require being performed at nights/weekends?
Specification 00 01 20 – CONSTRUCTION STATEMENT OF WORK Part 6:
JBVA Additional Requirements indicates the facility requirements with relation to work hours.
Will there be any commissioning required? If yes, will the VA be providing the commissioning agent?
The commissioning requirements are identified in Specification

Please provide the VA record documents and municipal records for verification and planning for buried utilities
JBVA has drawings indicating locations of potable water and sewer lines which will be made available to the awarded contractor. The plans are asking for data racks in 1477A. There is no information in the specs about racks. If this is a new closet it would need some kind of ties to the MDF. There is no indication as to whether this is new or existing and specifications on ties. Do the card readers tie into existing system? I don’t see the security contractor listed in the spec and the same for fire alarm. Please list existing manufacturer and/or security contractor for the existing fire alarm equipment, card reader equipment.

When reviewing the project manual and drawings for the project; there appears to be no fixture schedule provided in the project documentation. Is it the intent of the government to publish a fixture schedule as an amendment to the plumbing drawings?
Specification section 21 40 00 – PLUMBING FIXTURES lists performance specifications for fixtures.
File details come from the government source that posted it.
