1. In order to price this project appropriately, please let us know who the VA Construction

Contractor is and contact information so we know we are not missing anything.

The construction contractor is to be determined and any questions can be routed through the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.

2. We were hoping for complete clarification, as some sections of the statement of work state scales, and some state class III. Please see the image below.

All scales should be described as Class III.
