About this file
This document is a combined synopsis and solicitation requesting quotes for valet parking services at two sites of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. The solicitation requires parking a minimum of 300 vehicles daily at one site and 400 vehicles at the other, with ability to increase as demand requires. Quotes are due by January 17, 2020 and the contract will have an initial one-year base period with four optional one-year extensions. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical capabilities, and past performance records. The selected contractor must provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables including staffing, equipment, insurance, and reporting. Performance standards require maintaining response times and staffing levels to prevent delays or traffic issues.
