This Special Notice announces the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Mutual Tower Office in Durham, NC. The current lease at 411 West Chapel Hill Street expires April 19, 2027.
The requirement is for 33,275 RSF of administrative space within a delineated area bounded by Interstate 85 (North), U.S. Highway 15 Business (South and East), and U.S. Highway 501 (West). The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm fixed price and five one-year soft terms. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations must be included in the rental consideration.
