About this file
This justification and approval document outlines a sole source contract award to Colonial Parking, Inc. for parking services. The U.S. International Trade Commission requires up to 30 monthly parking permits and an unknown number of daily permits from May 2021 through August 2025 for employee parking underneath its building located at 500 E Street SW in Washington, D.C. Colonial Parking, Inc. currently operates the parking garage at this location, making it the only company that can provide parking services at this specific site. The estimated total contract value is not provided. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, this sole source award is justified because Colonial Parking, Inc. is the only responsible source able to meet the agency's needs due to its operation of the on-site parking garage.
