About this file
This document is a State of North Dakota Term Contract for All Risk Insurance Broker services, designated as Contract Number 144-MARS. The contract is awarded to Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC (formerly Vaaler), a national insurance brokerage firm headquartered in New York, with local contact Sarah Atkinson. The contract serves state agencies and institutions under the State Board of Higher Education.
The contract provides comprehensive All Risk and Inland Marine Insurance coverage for state-owned and leased equipment. Pricing is quote-based, requiring agencies to contact the vendor directly for specific insurance needs. The contract allows state agencies to use government purchasing cards for payment, with the vendor agreeing to accept these cards without passing processing fees back to the state. While specific coverage details and pricing are not explicitly outlined in the document, the contract appears designed to provide flexible insurance solutions for North Dakota's governmental entities.
