About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum to NASPO Master Agreement 00819 for Fleet Card Services, executed between the State of Wisconsin acting through the Department of Administration and WEX Bank, a Utah corporation. The agreement allows Wisconsin state agencies, campuses, and political subdivisions to participate in the fleet card program originally established under a master contract between the State of Washington and U.S. Bank. The Wisconsin Department of Administration retains the authority to designate which agencies may participate and can exclude agencies by providing written notice to WEX Bank.

The agreement establishes a fleet card program for Wisconsin government entities, with the term running from the effective date through December 31, 2025, with an option for two additional one-year renewals upon mutual agreement. Political subdivisions may participate subject to credit approval by U.S. Bank and execution of a separate Political Subdivision Addendum. The contract incorporates Wisconsin Standard Terms and Conditions and Supplemental Terms and Conditions as appendices, while specifically deleting several sections from the master agreement including wage violations, pay equality, executive order provisions on workers' rights, records retention, public information, and attorney's fees clauses. The agreement was executed electronically on February 12, 2021, and February 16, 2021.
