About this file

This document comprises submission instructions issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for respondents to a procurement solicitation for Maintenance and Support for TMW.Suite Transportation System Software. The TDCJ requires all submissions to be made electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register before accessing the system. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the advertised due date and time. Respondents are advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads due to potential processing delays. Questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation. All amendments to the solicitation will be issued via public notice through the electronic system, and respondents are responsible for regularly checking for and obtaining any applicable amendments. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses at any time prior to the deadline, but all responses received by the due date and time become final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted thereafter.

The document emphasizes that successful submission of response documents before the deadline is the sole responsibility of the respondent, regardless of organizational constraints or technical limitations. Upon completion of submission, respondents will receive a "Submission Complete" notice from Euna Procurement and are recommended to verify that correct documents have been uploaded, as no changes may be made after the close date. Technical support is available through Euna Solutions at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via their Vendor Knowledgebase. The system supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

Submission

It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
