About this file

This is Addendum No. 3 to ITB No. 26-2992-8EAR for the Tuckahoe Library Stream Restoration project issued by Henrico County, Virginia. The project involves the restoration of a 600 linear foot stream reach using natural channel design techniques, including channel bed raising, bankfull bench creation, bank grading to 2:1 slopes or less, and the implementation of riffle, step, and pool cross sections. The work encompasses sanitary sewer rehabilitation and pipe replacement within the degraded stream channel, as well as comprehensive site revegetation including seeding, fertilization, matting, and native woody and herbaceous plantings. The project site spans five parcels (three county-owned and two privately owned) located along Parham Road near Tuckahoe Library, with a total drainage area of approximately 65 acres comprising 44% impervious and 56% pervious surfaces. The stream restoration employs a B4c channel design with a steeper step pool sequence at the downstream extents to maintain adequate cover over the sanitary sewer system while tying into the existing downstream culvert elevation.

The specific provisions, modifications, clarifications, or additional requirements contained within Addendum No. 3 are not detailed in the summary information provided. Bidders should review this addendum carefully to identify any changes to the original ITB specifications, timeline requirements, submission procedures, or contractual terms that may impact their bid preparation and submission.
