About this file
This document is a State Contract Summary for North Dakota, specifically a Term Contract for IT Consulting Microsoft Services, identified as Contract Number 289. The contract provides Microsoft consulting services with an open-ended structure, meaning other government entities may participate but are not mandated to do so. Interested parties must contact the State Purchasing Office (SPO) contract administrator for additional information about usage and costs. An alternate procurement form is required to define the purpose of using Microsoft services directly versus through a Microsoft reseller. Before utilizing the contract, an IT review is necessary, and the North Dakota Information Technology Department (NDIT) must be consulted to determine if an Initiative Intake is required.
