About this file

This document contains additional terms and conditions for a baggage scanner procurement by the State of Alabama through the GKIC (Government Purchasing Alliance) cooperative contracting vehicle. The file establishes supplementary contractual requirements and operational guidelines that govern the terms under which baggage scanning equipment and related services will be provided to Alabama state agencies and potentially other participating jurisdictions within the cooperative purchasing program.

The additional terms and conditions document specifies contractual obligations, performance requirements, and operational procedures that supplement the primary invitation to bid. While specific pricing structures, delivery timelines, equipment specifications, and performance metrics are established through this addendum, the document ensures standardized terms across all participating entities within the GKIC cooperative purchasing arrangement, maintaining consistency in vendor obligations, liability provisions, and service delivery expectations for baggage scanner systems procured under this solicitation.
