About this file
This is an Exhibit B Price Schedule for Contract 26PSX0182, a custodial services contract for the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles located at 60 State Street in Wethersfield. The contract encompasses comprehensive facility maintenance services including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning operations, day-porter services on an on-demand basis, floor care (strip and refinish), ceramic tile scrubbing in restrooms, carpet cleaning and extraction for approximately 80,000 square feet, and cafeteria floor maintenance. Bidders must submit pricing for each line item using the designated Excel format, with costs structured as monthly expenses, hourly rates, or per-square-foot charges depending on the service category. The price schedule requires that all bidder input be entered only in designated cells without altering the worksheet structure.
Pricing must be fully burdened and include all associated labor, materials, equipment, travel, overhead, and profit necessary to perform the contract requirements. All contractors must comply with standard wage requirements as outlined in Exhibit C of the contract and provide equivalent benefit packages or benefit add-ons to workers. Pricing shall remain firm for the contract term, subject to the payment terms specified in the contract. Failure to complete all required pricing worksheets may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. The instructions emphasize that bidders must provide complete and accurate pricing information to ensure proper evaluation against the solicitation requirements.
