The scope of services encompasses engineering services, architectural and planning services, environmental and natural resource services, surveying, GIS and technical services, inspection, diving, and specialized services and project support services. The Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) reserves the right to make multiple awards to qualified contractors to ensure adequate coverage, capacity, geographic distribution, and expertise. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through CTSource no later than Monday, October 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with answers to be provided by Thursday, October 8, 2026 close of business.
The award of multiple contractors does not guarantee any minimum level of work, volume, or expenditure to any awarded contractor. The solicitation structure allows DAS to maintain flexibility in contractor selection based on project-specific requirements and geographic needs across Connecticut. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, and contract renewal options are not detailed in this exhibit document, requiring prospective bidders to review the complete RFP documentation and solicitation materials available through CTSource for comprehensive financial and contractual terms.
