Dixon Correctional Center Required Kitchen Hood Work - Scope of Work Summary

This document is a scope of work for maintenance services at Dixon Correctional Center, a state correctional facility. The work involves three Ansul fire suppression systems installed in the facility's kitchen hood infrastructure, specifically serving the North Production Hood (15-gallon system), Culinary Hood (6-gallon system), and South Production Hood (3-gallon system).

The scope of work encompasses full 12-year hydrostatic testing and maintenance on all three Ansul systems, which are overdue for this required service cycle as they were last tested in 2014. The work includes removal, hydrostatic testing, and reinstallation of system tanks; replacement of cartridges, O-rings, and burst discs; replacement of eighteen aluminum link holders with stainless steel UL-listed components; replacement of four clogged duct nozzles; reconfiguration of griddle nozzle drops; installation of bursting disc union assemblies on the System #1 manifolded tank sets; and full system reassembly, testing, and commissioning. Upon completion, all systems must be verified to operate in accordance with manufacturer specifications, UL 300 requirements, and applicable NFPA standards.
