The contract requires comprehensive maintenance and repair services for 36 overhead doors across both locations, encompassing two distinct service types: scheduled bi-annual inspection and preventative maintenance services, and unscheduled corrective repairs performed on a time-and-materials basis. The pre-bid conference and facility tour is scheduled for August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the bid opening set for September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
