Work assignments will be distributed on a rotation basis, with consultants required to submit proposed scopes of services within ten business days of City request and attend monthly briefing meetings with City departments. Purchase Orders will be structured as deliverable-based, lump sum arrangements. Consultants must provide monthly progress reports, detailed project schedules, and invoices with supporting documentation identifying staff hours by position and task accomplishments. Comprehensive insurance coverage is required, including worker's compensation and commercial general liability with a minimum of one million dollars per occurrence. The City does not specify total contract values, though detailed hourly rate references for over 50 position categories indicate potential for substantial ongoing work. Liquidated damages provisions apply, with daily penalty rates ranging from $960 to $9,198 depending on project complexity.
