About this file
This document contains questions and responses related to an online eLearning library solicitation. The solicitation seeks an enterprise licensing structure for an online training library to support up to 800 bank examiners annually across experience levels. Required training must address competencies involving commercial and consumer credit risks from an examiner/regulatory perspective. Courses must be available on-demand, updated regularly, and offered in both micro-learning and full competency formats. Respondents are to map training programs to the OCC's competency model and provide reporting mechanisms including such mappings. Pricing should separate fixed rates for eLearning from hourly rates for potential virtual labs. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Treasury's Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

You note Virtual Labs in the SOW. In the past we have provided eLearning courses only under our agreement. However, we are happy to offer a number of suggestion on virtual instruction on particular topics. Traditionally we price virtual labs on an hourly basis but that traditionally is above and beyond the price of the eLearning due to the fact we have instructors. Can you let me know if that is something you want us to provide pricing or is this not going to be utilized in this agreement. We would be happy to price the eLearning at a fixed price and give a fixed hourly price if virtual is needed. Hard to give a flat rate without knowing the number of hours that the training would occur. So your guidance would be appreciated.
Agree – eLearning courses should be priced at a fixed rate; and virtual labs is removed from this solicitation.

You mentioned two sperate Real Estate Courses in the SOW. The legacy Commercial Real Estate Loan Analysis was updated to Commercial Real Estate Lending. So I want to make sure you don’t need both versions. The newest version is very similar and new topics updated but wanted to confirm you only needed the most up to date version.
If Commercial Real Estate Lending includes the updated older RE courses – that will meet OCC requirements.

We are responding to the RFP and it notes that you would like us to map the competency model to our courses. Is that needed for our response since we had done that in the past? If it is needed, would you have a word file that we could add a column to the 570 Series Commissioning Track Examiner Credit Competency Proficiency which is located in the attached document page 4.
Yes, Per the SOW, paragraph 7i vendors are to “7. Provide on-demand reporting mechanism to include: [i] Map OCC competencies to courses/modules.
