About this file
This is a Pay Item Worksheet - Addendum 1 for Palm Beach County Project #2026056, a Drainage Improvements/Repairs and Minor Construction Continuing Services Contract. The worksheet establishes the bid proposal line items and quantities for a comprehensive infrastructure project encompassing emergency response services, roadway improvements, drainage system work, concrete construction, and landscaping. Emergency response services include three tiers based on response time (items 1-3), with quantities ranging from 10 to 30 each. Roadway items include asphalt removal (20,000 square yards), various excavation and embankment work (totaling over 35,000 cubic yards), base course materials (60,500 square yards across multiple specifications), and pavement markings (1,000 square feet combined). The drainage section represents the largest portion of work, encompassing storm sewer cleaning and pumping (1,000 linear feet each), pipe connections, pipe removal across multiple sizes (2,000 linear feet total), numerous inlet and manhole installations and adjustments (over 400 each), concrete and HDPE pipe culverts ranging from 15 inches to 72 inches (up to 3,000 linear feet per size), and pipe liner cured-in-place services (13,500 linear feet across various sizes).
Concrete work includes curb and gutter installation (30,000 linear feet), concrete sidewalk construction (22,000 square yards), curb ramp surfaces (15,000 square yards), and various removal items. Landscaping consists of seeding and mulch (500 square yards) and sodding (25,000 square yards). Miscellaneous items include temporary or permanent steel sheet piling, turbidity barriers, and mailbox resets. All unit prices in the worksheet are listed as zero dollars, indicating this is a blank bid form awaiting contractor pricing submissions. The worksheet includes extensive footnotes specifying that survey layout, maintenance of traffic, mobilization, clearing and grubbing, and as-built documentation costs shall be considered incidental to and included in unit prices for respective pay items. All items are to be furnished and installed complete unless otherwise noted, with FDOT item numbers provided for reference purposes only.
