About this file
This is an Authorization for Release of Financial Information form related to a Bank Depository Services contract opportunity in Texas. The document serves as a formal authorization permitting the release of confidential financial information from prospective bidders to the contracting agency or relevant procurement officials. The form establishes the legal mechanism by which bidders grant consent for their financial records, banking information, and related fiscal data to be disclosed and reviewed as part of the evaluation process for the depository services contract.
The authorization form requires bidder identification and signature to validate consent for financial information release. This document is a standard procurement requirement designed to ensure transparency in the bidding process and to allow the contracting entity to conduct thorough financial and credit assessments of competing bidders. By executing this authorization, prospective contractors confirm their willingness to have their financial credentials and banking history examined to determine their capability to serve as the state's depository institution.
