The following labor categories shall be used for all firm-fixed-price (FFP) AND time and material/labor hours (T&M/LH) task orders issued under this contract:

Labor Categories

Qualifications/Education

Identify which Specific Task Areas in the Basic PWS are Applicable to the Labor Category (e.g. Cross-Walk)

Enter the proposed labor categories and the pertinent descriptions/duties and qualifications/education for each labor category. If more convenient, Offeror may provide a separate attachment for the descriptions/duties and qualification/education colums and insert “See Attachment” in the columns. Offeror also has the option of creating his or her own spreadsheet with the same colums. If creating your own spreadsheet, you are not allowed to subsitute or add additional colums. There is no page limit for this attachment.

Offeror shall include ALL labor categories that it identifies as necessary to perform the full range of tasks included in the basic contract, Section C, Performance Work Statement, and identify the specific task area(s) (e.g. cross-walk) applicable to the labor category.
