About this file
This document is an ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) Confidentiality and Trade Secrets Attachment for a solicitation (Solicitation No. BPM006653). The form pertains to Arizona state procurement regulations, specifically A.A.C. R2-7-103, which governs how proprietary or trade secret information is handled in solicitation responses. The document provides a mechanism for offerors to designate certain submitted materials as confidential or trade secret, subject to review and determination by the state procurement officer.
In this specific instance, the offeror (Don Sanderson from Ford, located in Glendale, Arizona) has checked the box indicating that their response does not contain proprietary or trade secret information, and thus understands that their entire response will become a public record in accordance with state regulations. The form requires the offeror to agree that their entire offer, including any potentially confidential information, may be shared with an evaluation committee and technical advisors during the evaluation process. By signing, the offeror also agrees to indemnify and hold the state harmless from any claims related to withholding information based on the representations made in this document.
