About this file
This document is a price increase attachment for a contract (Solicitation No: BPM006653) issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), which outlines the potential maximum percentage increases for contract renewal periods. The document appears to be a standard pricing mechanism for a state-level procurement vehicle.
The attachment specifies the maximum allowable price increases for four potential renewal periods, with percentages ranging from 2% to 5% for each successive renewal period. The key stipulation is that each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases. Vendors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increase at the time of renewal. The contract includes a specific methodology for calculating potential price adjustments, with a clear example demonstrating how the incremental increases would be applied across successive renewal periods.
