About this file

This document is a Price Increase Attachment for a state contract (Solicitation No: BPM006653) issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). The document appears to be related to a contract modification or renewal process for a specific vendor, potentially a vehicle or automotive-related contract with P E Chevy.

The attachment outlines the maximum percentage increases allowed for up to four renewal periods, with progressive increases: 2% for the first renewal, 3% for the second, 4% for the third, and 5% for the fourth renewal period. All percentage increases are calculated against the original contract price, and the state emphasizes that increases are not automatic. Vendors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increase at the time of renewal. The document is specifically designed to provide a structured approach for potential contract price adjustments while maintaining transparency and requiring vendor accountability for proposed increases.
