About this file
The document is a "Participation in Boycott of Israel" disclosure form from the Arizona Department of Transportation, specifically related to solicitation number BPM006653. It is a statutory compliance document requiring companies seeking to contract with the state to certify their stance regarding commercial activities with Israel. The form applies to public entities in Arizona and companies with ten or more full-time employees seeking to enter into contracts with the state government.
The document does not detail specific goods, services, or contract terms, but instead focuses on requiring contractors to certify whether they are participating in or boycotting goods and services from Israel. The form mandates that companies either affirm they are not participating in a boycott of Israel or declare an exemption based on specific criteria such as having less than $100,000 contract value, being a sole proprietorship, having fewer than ten employees, or being a non-profit organization. In this specific instance, Superstition Collision Centers, LLC completed the form, indicating they do not participate in a boycott of Israel, with the document signed by Marlin Moore in the role of Owner/Manager.
