About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a solicitation numbered BPM006653. The attachment is part of a state contract procurement process, specifically designed to outline potential price adjustment mechanisms for contract renewals.
The attachment allows an offeror to specify maximum percentage increases for up to four potential contract renewal periods, with the percentages calculated against the original contract price. In this specific document, the proposed maximum increases are 5% for the first renewal, 8% for the second, 10% for the third, and 14% for the fourth renewal period. The State of Arizona emphasizes that these increases are not automatic and require documentation of need at the time of renewal. Each percentage increase would be computed using the original contract price, ensuring transparency in potential cost adjustments over the contract's lifecycle.
