About this file
This document is a Single Source Advertisement for the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB), detailing an intended non-competitive procurement for eFORCE Public Safety Software support and storage services. The advertisement covers a server migration project from eFORCE's hosting facility to AWS cloud solution for fiscal year 2025-2026, with an advertisement period running from May 29, 2025, to June 19, 2025. The procurement is specifically for software services related to public safety applications, including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS), Clery Reporting, Jail Management (JMS), Municipal Court, Mobile/Voiceless Dispatch, eCitations, and Civil Process Modules.
The total estimated contract value is not to exceed $12,000, with Intellichoice, Inc. DBA eFORCE identified as the sole source provider. The justification for single-source procurement centers on IntelliChoice being the exclusive provider of the EFORCE Public Safety Software Suite and the only vendor capable of moving applications between servers or to AWS GovCloud. The procurement follows Florida statutory requirements for single-source acquisitions, with a fifteen-business day advertisement period allowing potential alternative vendors to demonstrate their capability to fulfill the procurement. The primary contact for questions is Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing, who can be reached at whitwamk@fsdbk12.org.
