About this file
This document is a "Participation in Boycott of Israel" disclosure form from the Arizona Department of Transportation for Solicitation No. BPM006653. The form requires companies seeking to contract with public entities in Arizona to certify whether they are participating in a boycott of Israel, as mandated by Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §§35-393 et seq. Specifically, the document applies to companies with ten or more full-time employees and involves public entities including the State of Arizona, its political subdivisions, and associated agencies.
In this specific instance, the document is completed by Rodeo Ford, Inc. doing business as Rodeo Ford, located at 13680 W. Test Dr. in Goodyear, AZ 85338. The company has selected the option certifying that it does not participate in, and agrees not to participate in, a boycott of Israel during the contract term. The form notes exemptions for contracts under $100,000, sole proprietorships, companies with fewer than ten employees, and non-profit organizations. The signed document by Angela Troge, Corporate Contracts Mgr., indicates compliance with the state's requirements for potential contractual engagement.
