Include how you plan to ensure ongoing responsiveness to the requirements of the Contract and to the needs of the State in case of staff turnover for designated Key Personnel.
Include staff turnover rate for the last year;

Offeror Response:
Staff Turnover Rate At Compass to The Crest, we have built a strong, stable workforce that allows us to provide consistent, high-quality services without disruption. Over the past year, we have had just one staff departure out of nine employees, a transition prearranged at the time of hire as the individual prepared to launch their own business. This low turnover rate reflects our commitment to employee engagement, professional development, and a supportive work environment, all of which contribute to long-term staff retention.
Stability in our workforce is not just an internal success, it directly impacts the quality of services we provide and ensures compliance with State expectations for reliability, service delivery, and contract capacity. Families depend on familiar, experienced professionals to support them, and our ability to retain staff ensures continuity in care.
While transitions are rare, Compass to The Crest has a structured plan to minimize service disruptions when they occur. In the event of a vacancy, we leverage our pre-screened talent pool to expedite hiring and onboarding for qualified replacements. Additionally, key team members are cross-trained to provide interim coverage while new hires are onboarded. This approach ensures that staffing changes do not delay services or impact the families we serve.
Recruitment Process and Average Time to Hire At Compass to The Crest, we are continuously recruiting to ensure we always have a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ready to step in when needed. This approach allows us to stay ahead of workforce demands and respond quickly to service needs.
