The solicitation seeks a generator with 120/208 voltage and three-phase capacity, with a recommended transfer from 250 to 300 amps. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for March 24th, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time at the Albergue Femenino de Migracion in Panama City, with interested vendors required to confirm participation and provide representative details by March 20th, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

Question and Answer
1. Please advise if you can accept alternative brands with the specifications matching the requirement in the region.
Answer: As the solicitation specify your company could offer “or equal” products, just check your offer comply or are over the standard specify.
2. Please confirm the working voltage of the ATS, Automatic Transfer Board. The generators are reconnectable at various voltages, but the ATS must be matched to the site voltage.
Answer: The transfer is the same voltage as the generator; the amperage is what varies. In this case, a transfer from 250 amps to 300 amps would be recommended.
3. What is the voltage, it does not say (it only says amperage)? The plant does not establish the operating voltage either. It only says the three-phase capacity but not the voltage. Can we go to the site to see and report it?
