1. Question – Shall contractors submit the Proposal in response to this solicitation into
FedBizOpps www.fbo.gov or via email to PNMPROCREQ@state.gov?
Answer – Refer to the address stipulated in the RFQ letter; submission of quotes electronically to PNMPROCREQ@state.gov or hardcopy in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation Enclosed”

2. Question – Can you confirm how many Basic Phones units exists and if only voice service is required for this plan?
Answer – Yes, only voice service is required for Basic Phones plans.
We currently have 93 active line under Basic Phones, but this Solicitation requires no more than 120 Regular Cellphone units for refreshment on Basic Phone Plan at the Base Year and the Second Option Year of the Contract.
3. Question – Can an estimated consumption chart for the three (3) service plans required be provided?
Answer – See below are the tables depicting the current amount of services we use, and the estimated quantities of local and roaming minutes, data, and SMS services. The data reflects actual quantities averaged from invoices for the period covering January 2018 to December 2018.

The Embassy has obtained the following historical data from the current contractor but cannot certify as to whether this data will be indicative of future usage. Therefore, it is each offeror’s decision on whether or not to use this information. However, under no circumstances shall the U.S. Government be liable for this information or shall it become the basis for a request to adjust the rates once the contract is awarded.
