Q.1 What is the total number of people you require to do the work in the SCO office?
A.1 We are not asking for a specific quantity of people. Instead, we have provided the total square meters for you to estimate the labor force.
Q.2 Are you requiring one group supervisor for both buildings (US Embassy Premise and
USAID)? Or is it one per building?
A.2 It is one per building.
Q.3 Is there a designated space for the company to store the cleaning products inside the US
Embassy Premise?
A.3 Yes.
Q.4 How long is it expected for the cleaning company to take on the annual cleaning of exterior windows in the US Embassy Premise?
A.4 Historically, it has taken two full weekends to complete the annual cleaning of all exterior windows on the U.S. Embassy premises.
Q.5 The US Embassy is very involved in trying to recycle as much as possible, so we have distributed different trash bins with this purpose. We then give this recycled material to Arca de Esperanza. Does Arca de Esperanza come to the building to collect the material or are we expected to do so?
A.5 Arca de Esperanza comes to pick it up.
