Question and Answers

15BNAS20RCA000004

1. Please email a list of end locations as well, to get an idea of the shipping charges.

Answer: The Contractor will be required to ship all items covered under this contract via free on board (FOB) destination to any Bureau’s location in the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please refer to https://www.bop.gov/ for the locations.

2. Please advise the minimum and maximum order quantities for the subject solicitation. I assume that the quantity 6000 listed is an estimated quantity. Please advice at your earliest.

Answer: The quantities identified for each period are estimates only and may vary, depending on the needs of the

Bureau. Please refer to 52.216-22 and 52.216-19.

3. The “Statement of Work” says that “Delivery of vest must take place within 45 days of the measure/fit process.”

Since a contractor has no control over the time between measurement and submittal of completed measurement data + correct purchasing documents (components required for order submittal), can this delivery requirement be revised to 45 days after contractor receives completed forms and accurate purchase document?

Answer: Yes, please see the revised SOW and evaluation criteria.
