About this file
This document outlines the evaluation criteria for a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract solicitation for stab resistant vests. Technical, past performance, and price factors will be evaluated, with price being the determining factor for awards to technically acceptable proposals offering the lowest overall price. The base period of performance is from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 with an option year extending to March 31, 2022. Proposals are due by March 10, 2020.
