REPLACE BOILERS

ADDENDUM TO SPECIFICATIONS

The following changes are made to the specifications:

1. PAGE 235233 – 3-4; SECTION 235233 – WATER-TUBE BOILERS, PART 2 –

PRODUCTS, 2.1 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS is changed to remove “2. NOx” and read as follows:

B. Gas-Fired Boiler Emissions: Not to exceed allowable ambient-air quality standards in governing jurisdiction and indicated values.

1. Carbon monoxide: 100 parts per million at 3 percent oxygen at any point from 100 percent to low fire.

C. Oil-Fired Boiler Emissions: Not to exceed allowable ambient-air quality standards in governing jurisdiction and indicated values.

1. Carbon monoxide: 100 parts per million at 3 percent oxygen at any point from 100 percent to low fire.

2.1 A, D, E, F, G, H, I remain unchanged.

2. PAGE 235233 – 10; SECTION 235233 – WATER-TUBE BOILERS, PART 2 – PRODUCTS,

2.4 CAPACITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS is changed to read:

F. Leaving-Water Temperature: 240 deg F.

N. NOx Emission Level: Not to exceed allowable ambient-air quality standards in governing jurisdiction and indicated values.
